About Anime on the Web

Founded on August 2006, Anime on the Web is both a social-networking company and the foremost multimedia resource which specializes in providing japanese animation ("Anime") downloads. This may range from Anime images and manga scans to streaming episodes and clips.

What is Anime on the Web?

Anime on the Web is a place for people to interact with each other through commenting on, sharing, and viewing media. We are still a very new service, only recently opening to the public on February 25th, 2007.

However, throughout the years, Anime on the Web evolved from a once popular Anime review website named Anime Internet. From its opening in 2002 and closure in 2004, Anime Internet became one of the most popular websites, receiving over 5,000 unique visitors on a given day. We hope to accomplish this again with the rebirth from review website to multimedia resource.

Like animation, Anime on the Web is a fast pased, building community that welcomes anyone who visists. Our services will always be free!
