Anime on the Web was created on August 11th, 2006 and reopened to the public on DATE HERE.

Is registration free?

Registration will always be free. We will never implement "premium" membership which requires you to pay a fee.

Can I hotlink images from your server?

Hotlinking is not supported.  If you do link our files on another server, you will receive an error.

Then, can I download the files and upload it to my own server?

You are more than welcome to.  However, if the file is something a member or Anime on the Web created, you must have permission first before you may use it.
